S&H is $9.99 for orders up to $100 outside the Hampton Roads area. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment clears, normally 2-5 days. Please allow 7-12 business days for receipt of orders. Orders > $25 with a delivery or pick-up location in the Hampton Roads area have a $0.00 S&H and delivery fee

NOTE: MLW DeZigns is not liable & accepts no responsibility for reimbursement of lost packages when delivery has been confirmed at the destination Post Office.

If jewelry is damaged during shipping, MLW DeZigns must be notified within 2 days after received and the jewelry must be post marked back to MLW DeZigns within 5 days after received.
If the damage was caused due to faulty parts, the merchandise will be repaired free of charge and return shipping costs will be refunded.

Refunds are offered in 3 situations:
1. Damage resulting from faulty parts that can not be repaired
2. Special orders that can't be completed by agreed due date
3. Damage during shipping when the return instructions are followed
